I'm not here to give you some pity party story on how I became overweight because there was no one to blame other than myself.On November 28th, 2012 , I weighed in at a whopping 222 lbs. At that moment I decided I needed to make a change, so I did. I once was that girl that would cry in gym class when we had to run the mile, now I run multiple miles a day. Fitness has changed my world in so many other ways than one. It's more than just losing weight, looking good, and skipping the dessert bar; it's a lifestyle. Success is not given, it's earned.On the track, on the field, or in the gym. With blood, sweat, and the occasional tear.
My mission is to help people overcome their struggles and obstacles. I want to help people see that there is sooo much to love about life. If I can help one person, then I'm happy.
